A selection of our projects....

You know when you are really excited about something a bit unusual and you just can't seem to get anyone else to understand what it is you keep going on about? For the last year Sazbean Consulting has been quietly working with a tiny group on this first of its kind web project, Sharespost, that is doing really interesting things in the finance industry. But unless you were a private investor or a private equity stock holder like a Facebook employee, it was really hard to understand what the site was all about. Then CNBC ran this spotlight on Sharespost comparing it to Ebay for Private Equity. I couldn't have said it any better myself.

Spartan Chassis is a Michigan-based world-class leader in the design, engineering and flexible production of chassis, specialty vehicles and aftermarket parts for defense, emergency response and outdoor recreation/RV markets. Spartan came to us seeking help integrating social media into their organization. As a B2B (business-to-business) company, Spartan has several different levels of customers: OEMs, dealers, and end customers, each of which have different information and communication needs and wants. We started by helping Spartan understand these different engagement and communication needs, as well as the best ways to fulfill those needs online, in an on-site work session. Then we went to work analyzing their online presence and potential points of contacts for their audiences, what their customers were saying and where they were saying it, as well as looking at ways Spartan could interact and engage with it's different audiences effectively. We created an overall social media strategy for Spartan, an implementation plan for how to get it done, and support and training to help Spartan understand how to use social media to connect with their customers.

When Mango Languages, a language learning software developer, needed assistance with their social media strategy, they turned to Sazbean Consulting. While they already had a Facebook page, and were doing outreach, they needed help implementing custom Facebook pages. We helped them design and implement several custom Facebook tabs to help increase their customer engagement and to promote their new product. We're also assisting them in their day-to-day social media outreach. In 2011, we'll be launching a custom developed application which will let their customers share their language learning progress on Twitter and Facebook.

Buzz Office Supplies blog

Buzz Office Supplies, a national ecommerce office supplies site, needed help creating and implementing a social media strategy to increase the awareness and engagement. Sazbean Consulting has been working with Social Orgs to help create an online brand for Buzz Office Supplies with social media outreach, content strategy and monitoring -- all tied back to a business goal of increasing sales. While many companies may be able to help you implement social media, we start with your business goals and help you create a social media strategy to reach those goals. Then we measure what's working so you'll know whether social media is impacting your ROI.

Olson & Cepuritis Ltd.

Like many law firms, Olson & Cepuritis, Ltd.'s website was stuck in the 90's. Sazbean Consulting helped them re-align their message to communicate their benefits to their customers, as well as re-organizing their site content to improve site usability. Topped off with a stunning new look, the new Olson & Cepuritis, Ltd. website improves the firm's overall image to prospective clients.

dream dental group blog

Dream Dental Group already has a website, but they needed help establishing a social media presence and strategy. We worked with them to understand their business goals and then created a social media strategy that uses social media to help them achieve their goal. To help them implement their plan, we set up the various social media presences, including a blog, as well as researching online websites and communities where they should listen and interact with their targeted audience. We're continuing to work with them in order to monitor their progress and tweak the strategy for the best possible results.

where to find care website

While WheretoFindCare.com already had a website and was active on social media, they didn't have an overall strategy to reach their business goals. With three different target audiences, we looked at different messaging, calls to action, content strategies, and social media strategies in an overall Internet strategy to reach each audience with the right engagement and message. Our strategy was structured in an easy-to-implement plan which allowed WheretoFindCare to put pieces into place as they have time and resources. We're continuing to work with them on monitoring their online presences and helping to improve their implementation in order to reach their business goals.

finished basements plus websiteFinished Basements Plus designs and creates unique basement living spaces. They needed a website which highlighted their talent and showed off their work. Their new site emphasizes their designs with pictures throughout, including an expanded, easier-to-use gallery of what they've done. Good design, more content, a back-end content management system, and SEO best-practices have improved their online presence.

We launched a new eCommerce site for VictoryTek™, who sells a relatively new product, electronic cigarettes, as the first step in implementing the internet strategy we created for them. Not only a site where customers can purchase products, VictoryTek's website also helps customers understand the monetary and health benefits from smokeless cigarettes with the Your Big Money Victory & Your Big Lifestyle Victory. Smoking is an addiction and gaining control requires a support system, so we also created a Ning social network for VictoryTek™ so that users of the product can help each other "claim their victory."

GoofyFaces has a unique set of products -- selling both digital and hand-drawn caricatures, as well as providing caricature artists for events. We helped them update their website to increase their usability, awareness, visibility and conversions. We also put an overall Internet strategy into place to help them reach the right audience with the right message and valuable content. We continue to work with GoofyFaces on optimizing their search engine optimization and pay-per-click ad campaigns.
